Rooms on the ground floor are a bit dark.
Location very close to historic center of Williamsburg, pool, room size.
The rooms are getting old, the faucets are leaking, the AC is too close to one of the two beds, very little soap, shampoo, etc. Although there were five of us, it was enough for one person. End of toilet paper roll at 5 and not replenished after room was made, considerable distance from pool, had to drive. The socket fell off in the bathroom, the paint was roughly repainted, bubbles on the paint on the walls of the bathroom, our room was allocated to two families at the same time, the 2nd one arrived in the middle of the night when we were sleeping. The next day our key was deactivated. At the reception no apologies for the inconvenience... in short not up to 4 stars.
