it is inadmissible that, having booked a room for 5 people and having specified that it needed beds for 5 people, the hotel did not prepare the fifth bed. When I confronted the reception with the problem they said they would fix it, but in reality they gave me the bed sheets and I had to make the bed myself. Also, several hairs were visible on the chairs in the rooms.
