Unacceptable!,!
Room doors light and sound permeable. My sister could not open the stuck door alone, only with two people with a lot of strength. A single construction site and dilapidated.
Very disappointing that Booking.com has this property in their listings. If it happened again, I would no longer work with Booking.com.

the room had cockroaches, the pool smelled bad. The service people were not friendly... and the room was not ready on time.

the pool had an unpleasant odor, the rooms were dirty and neglected. The roof of the entire hotel was damaged and nearly falling off. the ice machines did not work, in short, the hotel is in very poor condition
