Better location, somewhat dated
the location is really great. everything is within walking distance. A 2-room apartment for this price is also good. The kitchen was spacious and had ample equipment and cleaning products.
the bed was not very comfortable, we always rolled to the middle against each other. Sofa beds are not very good sofas for watching TV. In addition, there was no usual dinner table, so we could not eat at the table with our daughter. There were several small (almost) dead cockroaches all over the apartment. the owner also did not immediately respond to the complaint about the noise generated by the refrigerator.
