Proximity to the beach, free activities (kayaks, kayaks), sun loungers and umbrellas are provided.
The beds are a little soft, the kitchenette is very small and not very well equipped (not enough non-stick frying pan, spoons and tongs to put food on plates).
Sensational location of a small complex with its own private beach area right by the sea. Also sensational is the friendliness of all the staff where you feel very well taken care of. The extremely well-groomed town of Chatham with its numerous bars can be reached quite quickly - by car.
The furniture is a little dated but serves its purpose. When we arrived, the inaccurate description of the rooms on Booking.com was quite problematic. Separate wings of a small complex and the decoration of the premises are described very inaccurately. Our reservation for a room with a balcony (actually a clear description of the amenities, aerial photo is Front Beach) turned out to be a room with a terrace in the car park. But still with a good view of the lake and in the end we felt very comfortable.
