A few cleaning issues: toiletries and coffee pods were never changed. Aging furniture and carpet. The soundproofing of the room leaves much to be desired.
Location
We are not in 5 stars! Excluding prices for rooms and services. Tired room, shabby bedding, view of the rooftops… nice staff, but nothing to do with the palace.
great location, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean. In the lobby in the morning you could drink coffee, muffins and fruit.
The room was a bit dark, not enough seating, the furniture in general is a little dated.

The location was great, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was small. There was only one chair in front of the small desk, so if one person wanted to sit down, they had to sit down on the bed. There was also little light in the bedroom.
