Excellent relation between the price and what they offer, clean place and has what is necessary to be comfortable.
In the room that was at the end of the corridor, sometimes there was a little smell of cigarettes, although it was forbidden, surely a guest was doing his thing. In the end it wasn't really such a bother that I never reported this. In general I was very good.

The location is in the Chinese district (not chinatown). There are many free parking spaces, which is very good and safe. The breakfast is not bad, but it is purely American. It would be better if it has more Chinese food. The hotel is very clean and provides disposable slippers, which is a surprise. There are many Chinese restaurants nearby. Even if you go out until 11pm and come back, you can find a restaurant to eat immediately.

Breakfast - plastic plates and cutlery, apart from sweets, there is sausage and potatoes or hot tinned ham, rooms outside the part with a corridor are cold, cracks in the door, shower with no water flow regulation
Nice room . For our part, we were 4 adults and a child. 2 Queen size beds and 1 real child's bed. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Very friendly staff. Very good value for money for a hotel at the gates of Los Angeles. However a car is necessary (waze will be your friend) because for public transport it does not seem to be well served. Free parking. Recommended hotel.
