They offer breakfast and since the pandemic they are not served, the dirty carpets, the poor quality pillows, the not very comfortable beds and the bathroom exhaust fan sounded as if it were going to fall, the poorly soundproofed rooms make quite a lot of noise from the planes and of the way
They brought us a baby bed even though we thought they didn't have one.
