The room was big
The room faced the renovation of a hotel in front of our hotel... we could not open the window nor the curtain because the workers looked into our rooms We did not feel privacy, we asked to change rooms and were refused only for an additional fee

room cleaning is not done automatically but must be requested every day. the reception does not inform you of this policy at check-in. breakfast pre packed and poor by European standards
Very well located, served by the tramway. Close to the waterfront. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment. Friendly and available staff.
Overpriced parking and minimalist breakfast in COVID times.
- The location: waterfront, close to the tram lines full equipment - surface of the rooms (studio of 43 m2) - excellent bedding - cleanliness of the premises - welcoming and available staff
- COVID-19 breakfast: strict minimum hot water American coffee omelet yogurt corn flakes juice. - Car park 43€ - the rain, but I recognize that the Hyatt has nothing to do with it (although … :-)
