Avoid: never again this hotel chain!
Quiet establishment (because there were few visitors during our stay) and clean (because it is brand new)
The room is quite spacious, but very poorly equipped: you are provided with a kitchen with a stove, but no crockery or any kitchen utensils (it seems that this is normal and that customers come with their own equipment! from what the reception told us) The staff is incompetent : to reprogram a deactivated key or edit the bill at the end of the stay, I had to call the manager every time. And here is a crippling thing: upon arrival, the receptionist made a photocopy of the passport and credit card, going to the reception in a small office ... This is the only time we lost sight of the credit card during our 3-week trip. travel and in the event of subsequent fraud, we will know who to contact. This seems to be a standard procedure according to the receptionist, who clearly didn't have any booking information about us. For reference, the last time a copy of a credit card was made at a hotel, it was in 2015 in California in FRREMONT and a few months later we had fraudulent debits that had to be justified in FRREMONT stores ... It is clear that we chose the hotel My place due to its rating of 9 at the time of booking and the apparent good value for the sector, but the quality of service was not there! In a word, the first and last experience in this chain, which did not meet our expectations, especially since breakfast in the morning was not planned, and as there were no dishes...
