What annoyed me the most is that when I booked the room they offered me breakfast and there were photos of a very complete continental breakfast: cereal, fruit, waffles, toast, coffee, juice, etc., and when I asked about the breakfast time, the The receptionist told me that from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. he was going to give me two plates of food that contained egg burritos and something else that I did not quite understand, and that that was it; I mean, they served it to you whether you liked it or not and they didn't tell you that when you made the reservation and that to me is a total deception. When I made the reservation and payment through your website, the day before visiting the hotel, the website said that breakfast was included in the price of the stay. In the hotel, it was written at the reception that there is no breakfast due to Covid19. I think that should have been shown on the website when a reservation is requested. For less money (about $110.00) I could book a similar hotel without breakfast. At the end of May I stayed at the same hotel in Prescott and was given a bagged breakfast to take to the room. The cleanliness in the room is good. The air conditioner is very noisy and does not cool well and does not have a thermostat to turn off when it reaches the set temperature (room 214). I had to turn it off at night because I couldn't sleep because of the noise it makes.
