Elevator broken, no decaffeinated coffee, no room service after the first night. Only limited breakfast, food was not "replenished", juice machine not refilled. Noise in the hallway until midnight from guests.
Convenient to a few restaurants. Otherwise just any accommodation if you are passing through. At least inexpensive.
We had the noisiest room of our hotel career. The roaring air conditioning could only be switched off by pulling the plug. The elevator, although located opposite the room, made such a noise that sleeping was only possible with earplugs. The breakfast was sub-par even by American standards.
