Big!
The location and space in general
We arrived late at night and they gave us a wrong entry code, we had to sleep in another place the first night since there was no one to attend to us at the time of our arrival

Cozy apartment near Manhattan with good transport interchange.
The apartment is very nice, very modern, with several Google speakers, 4 TVs, automatic air conditioning, washer and dryer, modern kitchen, well equipped and very functional, and good internet. It has everything you need to not miss home. Finding a bus to the Port Authority is very easy, as they all pass along the same street very close to the apartment, and you take the first one that comes across ($ 3.50 per person), in 15-20 minutes you are already in Manhattan.
What we missed the most was cutlery and crockery, there were cutlery and plastic plates, but it's not the same. Coming back to the apartment from Manhattan (Port Authority) was a bit tricky. The option described by the host didn't seem to work on the first day and we were looking for another option, we were lucky enough to ask.

Beautiful cozy house 20 minutes from Manhattan
Big house, 1 big high room with built in floor, luxuriously equipped spacious kitchen, nice furniture, 4 tvs, google music, dimmers, air conditioning, rotors, good beds, within 20 minutes you are in Manhattan by bus, big supermarket nearby, parking in front door
