Great location near the metro. Spacious and quiet room. Very comfortable bed.
The location in the quiet area of Tribeca with a subway stop right in front of the hotel. Neat, spacious and very clean rooms.
Nothing, perhaps the reservation of some services by the reception could be improved, such as restaurant and taxi reservations. Everything else was perfect.
the room is big enough for two adults for a week's stay, clean and plenty of storage space for all luggage, central location in the financial district, very nice staff, well arranged hotel with the possibility to eat in the attached restaurant at any time
Room very noisy (probably due to the American design), bathroom shows slight signs of wear and tear, with an outside temperature of -15°C the heating in the room manages a maximum of 20°C
good location, cozy and nice restaurant
desk staff is nice but not very thorough and on autopilot
The area is very nice... close to many shops and restaurants... The metro is located in front of the hotel. The view of the one world observatory from the room is awesome.
