Location Friendliness of the staff, especially Laura. The room we stayed in overlooked the square.
The first impact with the room was really bad .. the room is a little old and in need of refurbishment .. After one night we got used to the room, it's relatively comfortable, has good views, the AC worked well, the room was always at a great temperature, TVs with WiFi and Youtube/Netflix...
nice staff, cleanliness, size of the room, location and 24h reception
very expensive breakfast, minibar very expensive without information, unstable wifi
large room
Kitchen available but no coffee crockery cutlery
The area of the chamber ,(1 Bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and fridge The location near the metro in a quiet area.
The room could do with a bit of updating. It would be necessary to add a table and chairs and crockery.
It is very close to Wall street and the l9-11 memorial, it is in a quieter area, therefore more silent, the room is very large, the bed soft
Good but not very varied breakfast, a few brioches, a ham, two cheeses, etc., a somewhat cumbersome shower and defective heating
