The hotel met our expectations. We looked for it "away" from the city but it was less than 10 minutes by car from the center, with the amenities that that entails. The room was very spacious, with two double beds, one for each. Everything was fine.
To highlight something, you had to notify them to make the room (we don't know if because they continued with the same dynamics as in the middle of the pandemic). But all good.

Nothing as the reservation has not been accepted. The staff was uninterested and didn't try to find a solution. In fact, I received a reservation confirmation from booking.com and a message from the hotel. The bored employees said that there were often problems with Booking.com. Otherwise, the hotel is fully booked.

We booked and paid for the presidential suite When we arrived it was no longer there, we were downgraded to a lower level room: no living room independent of the bedroom. No discount possible, hotel management tells us they can't do anything because we booked and paid through booking and booking tells us they can't do anything because Crowne Plaza doesn't offer compensation! Also, we were charged $50 for breakfast on our return, even though it should have been included in the price. There is no response from the institution to our dispute, we ask the bank to decline the payment. Attached is a photo of our "Presidential Replacement Suite"
