Good breakfast. Very friendly and attentive service.
All the best
Great location, very close to the synagogue, kosher restaurants, the shopping center, an amazing beach and courteous and professional service, a spacious suite directly facing the sea and a perfect experience.
Location
Service is bad Ignoring staff Lack of restaurants Write-off of the balance from the card (tens of thousands on extras) with 100% payment for accommodation.
Location is still great.
For 8 years now we have been coming to St Regis Bal Harbor and have the opportunity to observe how every year the service is getting worse and worse. Now it is no longer a 5 star hotel. Such disgusting house keeping, for example, is difficult to meet even in a 4 star hotel. Everything is really dirty
Fantastic view from the window, beautiful bathroom and dressing room, great beach!
Not very comfortable bed (too soft), breakfast is not great!😕
