The general condition of the building and the apartment is not cleaned with hellishly noisy air conditioning and a shabby sofa
We stayed three nights at SoBe. Check-in worked perfectly. When we needed help, the landlord was helpful immediately. We also had to leave our bags when we had a late check-out. The hot tub worked and the roof terrace was magnificent. The patio and roof terrace need a little care, but we are very happy with everything

He offered a jacuzzi on the terrace balcony which was bad. A kitchen is offered, but there is nowhere to cook in the apartment.
Nothing was like in the pictures, the rotten terrace is all over and the jacuzzi is torn and doesn't even work etc. really a shame
