Quality of staff service
Free access to the spa and swimming pool, the staff were polite and courteous, the mattress was comfortable, and the breakfast of the hotel was ok for the price.
The bathroom would need renovation, and there is a lack of light in the rooms (lighting), in short the hotel would need to be completely renovated.
Comfortable bed
We don't change the towels every day! Repair seem casual, not specialists! Unpleasant smell in the bathroom fan!
The wifi was good and they returned my money
In the rooms there are COCKROACHES! The attention of the staff is terrible, when you check in they are making personal calls. The hotel needs serious maintenance. There is no elevator. They say they have a restaurant but they close it because they don't have staff. You ask me to recommend local places to eat and they answer google it. It is the worst hotel place in the USA that I have ever been to. I ran out the next day!

The reception: I waited 15 minutes to be answered because there was no staff at the reception. The rooms and the hotel are in poor condition, mold in the windows, broken thermos, leaky fridge, lack of towels, mice in the walls, it woke us up in the night with a fairly intense scratching and it did not stopped overnight, very outdated furnishings, unfriendly staff, parking lots and exterior aesthetics of the building are very neglected or even let go, no towels at the pool and despite having been notified by the person at reception, he m let it be known that he would bring some but even after waiting 45 minutes still nothing, we came to bring some to the room 25 minutes after our return to the room, pool with a ring of dirt around the inside of the pool about 12 inches, very unpleasant to bathe, spa with green and stagnant water, general cleanliness???!!! This hotel should have the visit of the inspectors, they would close the establishment and lose these stars.
