the rooms do not want their price….. some clothes at the hotel laundry for a total of 547th we had to complain when we arrived to change rooms which had put us on the fifth floor without a view when we paid too much for a view so that in the end it only took us up 4 floors
The location is very good, in front of a luxurious mall. It is a different hotel from the usual ones in the city, it does not have a casino and that makes it quieter, like its surroundings. The bar is very good with incredible views and cocktails.
One of the reception ladies a bit rude. Walls between rooms are thin and neighbors can be heard, even when they speak in moderate tones.
Everything is fantastic, from the concierge who recommends which shows to watch and takes care of purchasing tickets, to the first-class amenities at the hotel.
