Excellent hotel, staff and breakfast. Well located 300 meters from the strip. New hotel. The service in general 10 points. For those who do not want a hotel with a casino, I would say that it is unbeatable.
They do not have a free transfer from the airport to the hotel and neither to the strip as they say they offer
Spacious, comfortable, clean room. Good breakfast.
My 5th floor suite was a well appointed two bedroom apartment. Parking was free and the gym was better equipped than many four star Hiltons. There's no resort fee and a good breakfast is included in the rate.
The hotel is between a freeway entrance and the freeway. While I haven't had any noise issues, certain rooms may be.
This hotel was near the Las Vegas Strip, very easy to get to and good reception. The breakfast deserves more fruit but it is complete as a whole. No noises!

The location near the strip, the impeccable cleanliness, the kind and efficient employees, the great breakfast, the barbecues and the tables and chairs available and the coffees and teas available all day, really top!
The only downside was the sofa bed in the bedroom. A real bed would have been more useful especially since there is plenty of room. The couple who slept in it even ended up capitulating and putting the mattress on the floor
