The breakfast was plentiful and good. It was the only accommodation on our round trip where, due to a hygiene concept, you were not allowed to serve yourself, but the food was served. Our room was large with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioning and ample seating. The pool and jacuzzi were well tempered.
We stayed there for three nights and the whole time a cooling unit on the roof of a neighboring company screeched so loud that you could even hear it at night through the closed windows. A stay on the terrace or in the evening by the pool was therefore not much fun, since you could hardly talk. The couch in our room was stained; an upholstery cleaning would be in order. The WiFi connection only worked with the password that was issued until the next time we logged out and we had to go to reception every evening to pick up a new password. The staff wasn't unfriendly though; but rather distant and less interested in the concerns of the guest. The door to the terrace is locked in the evening and if you want to sit on the terrace you have to take the lift to the ground floor and walk around the outside of the house on the stairs back up to the terrace. Shopping cannot be done on foot, you need a vehicle.
When I arrived to check in, the person who attended me was not wearing a mask in these times, I think that we must be responsible for the safety of others... and especially for those who are staying...
