Stayed in room 110.
The view from the garden was wonderful. I especially liked the sunset and cove.
The fan in the living room was out of control and it was hot.

I liked it very much.
It was small and easy to go anywhere. All rooms have an ocean view, and there is a sense of openness and luxury, but it is calm. Pool is small, too, but there is jacuzzi, too and is almost reserved. The kitchen is easy to use, and the Shop at kukuiula is a 6-7 minute walk. You can get there in 2 minutes by car. It was very convenient as it was close to Poipu Beach and nearby beaches. Check-in and check-out don't take long at all.
Half of the parking lot was under construction. One month before my stay, I received a notice that the building was under construction. From 8:00 to 18:00 in the morning, the sound of construction was noisy all the time except Saturdays and Sundays. At 6:00 in the morning, the parakeets fly out of the palm trees in front of you.
