The most serious and also unpleasant thing is that the balcony was unusable (blocked with a barrier) and no one had warned us, which forced us to stay inside all the time, and this also limited the ocean view of the room. Furthermore, the furniture in the apartment is very old and worn (only the fridge and dishwasher were new), everything else, including the furniture, is old and poor quality. The cleaning is rough even though they charged us about $300 in cleaning fees and there is an unpleasant smell in the apartment that doesn't go away even if you leave the windows wide open all day. There is no air conditioning, but old and worn ceiling fans that do not cool. Overall it is as if the unit has not been maintained in years, which would certainly make it unrentable. All this makes the quality/price ratio decidedly negative, because the price still remains high in the face of poor services and a very limited quality of the apartment.

Didn't invest anything or renovate anything for too long

There is no key for the safety box, it cannot be used, and valuables must be carried around. I wish I could have used it. I also wonder if an exterminator entered the room during our 3 night stay or if they were unable to do so when no guests were present. That's a shame.

It was my first time staying in an apartment, so I was confused because I didn't know what to do. I was in trouble because I couldn't open an email attachment while traveling. I would like the staff to stay.
