Beautiful apartment complex in a quiet location.
The apartment was very spacious. The check-in staff were very friendly and gave us a quiet apartment on the 1st floor.
The dishwasher is getting old (rusty). Handling the bathroom fittings takes some getting used to.

wonderful holiday, will be back! We were already the second time in Holus Resort.
perfect quiet location, beautiful park, clean pool, grill, close to mall and Kona/Kailua town. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Great environment and comfortable apartments.
Beautiful setting. The bed is very big and firm, very comfortable. Sofa bed not great. Very friendly staff.
You can't get to some areas by car and when you're loaded with suitcases etc it's difficult. So, there are 2 very convenient underground PCs.

Quite worn, partly in need of refurbishment, kitchen not fully equipped.
