good value for money
Apartment size and location. The building has everything you need to relax.
This is an apartment that faces the parking lot and the street. quite noisy at night.

Perfect place
Perfect place to go with family. It is very well located and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
One of the elevators didn't work and the building is large and accommodates a lot of people.

good location and size of the apartment
registration and parking system. especially the parking lots, very hostile staff and attempts to get small benefits

Great holiday, again with pleasure, highly recommended hotel location
The location is right on the beach, couldn't be better. Nice pool, service worked well, location in Miami area is good too, close to major highways (e.g. to Key West, Cape Canaveral, West coast of Florida...)
Information about the equipment of the apartment was not entirely correct: there were no sunbeds for the beach, also a washing machine and dryer (available on the floor), initially only 6 towels for 3 people for a shower, bath, beach, pool, no kitchen, but they opened it Delivered later on request, obligatory fixed straps, so that you can always recognize a tourist from afar
