Everything, very nice hotel, great room, great breakfast and pool to relax well
Nothing
Breakfast is very good compared to a 3-star American hotel, the hotel is new, very clean and pleasant, the rooms are very large. Outside there are spacious and very pleasant seating areas. The hotel has an indoor pool and a gym. We stayed at the hotel for two days as part of a visit to Shenandoah Park and the surrounding area, the location was convenient, the town is full of shops and restaurants.
The room is not cleaned every day, but only every 3 days (on the fourth day.). We were not told this in advance and we were surprised when we returned in the evening that the room was not arranged. It's good that there were towels in the room for two days beforehand so it was fine. There was a problem with the app-only washing machines, not accepting a non-US card. The staff at the front desk had no idea how to solve the problem. Solved by personal payment by the hotel manager and the room charge. The staff was very kind, but their knowledge was very limited in every subject I asked, including the bill and billing. They didn't know if the payment was by the hotel or by booking and gave wrong answers.
Furnishings
It was quite noisy in the hallway in the morning, the room was next to the lift, but that was more to do with the maids who knocked a few times despite being flagged.
