The location of the hotel is just perfect. The view of the Pacific Ocean when you shower is unique, that is, if you book an ocean view room, it is also a full view of the ocean, not just a small strip of it.
For breakfast, you always had to wait and stand in line at a table, the same was the case in restaurants, despite the reservations. The cleanliness of the living room (sleeping area) could be better. Dead insects or live fly larvae were everywhere.
Good location. There is a shallow beach protected by a breakwater right in front of you, and the shopping and restaurant district of Waikiki is also right in front of you. No complaints. If you stay in a room on a higher floor on the Diamond Head side, you can enjoy a splendid view of Diamond Head. Pool, jacuzzi of the fifth floor are comfortable, too. The water is at the level of physiological saline, so you don't want to keep your eyes on it, and you can relax while enjoying cocktails at the attached bar until midnight.
The front desk was understaffed and had to wait a long time. I would like this to be improved. Also, if you don't get a room on a higher floor on the Diamond Head side, you'll hear noise from the town and the hotel next door, and the view outside isn't good either. Be careful with this.
The hotel lobby and the restaurant by the beach feel very good, the golf course is very beautiful
The hardware is relatively new in foreign hotels, but why all hotels in Hawaii do not have a shower head that can be taken off is really inconvenient. It is really inconvenient for children to wash their hair! Then I stayed for 4 nights and only changed the sheets once. My friend said that he changed every day if he tipped too much. He was also drunk. Why change every three days for the sake of environmental protection ♻️ just pretending... In the end, our two families and one car finally paid the bill without carefully looking at the domestic receipts and charged the valet parking fees of the two companies..... The price performance ratio is relatively low
Location and setting, very friendly staff
Let your customers know when the room is ready and don't forget to put your luggage !! Upstairs room cleaning at 8am, noise from plodding furniture more drill !!
Fantastic location. We had an ocean view and a mountain view room, both of which were very spacious with a walk-in closet, a spacious terrace and a second patio in front of the bathroom. The hotel is quickly and easily accessible from the airport. Here you can practice a variety of sports, including hiking trails.
A few things were missing for a 5 star hotel, like an in-room kettle for making tea. After only a few discussions, this issue was raised. Overall, the service mentality was not the best. This is such a spacious area that charging a decent parking fee here with high hotel prices is a bit confusing.
