Pretty much as always with a Holidayinn Express - standard and what you would expect - overall I think this chain is a good business hotel.
The front desk was already quite "overwhelmed" and not very talkative. It was not possible to get an invoice on paper, only as an e-mail and not from him but only from Booking.com - I don't think it's a good thing because then I can't check if everything is correct.
