Regarding check-in, it wasn't until the morning of arrival that the owner received an email stating that a key box could be found somewhere. Previously, I asked the owner or the accommodation bureau and received the answer that the reception is constantly busy. This led to significant confusion and delays during registration! The problem was unnecessary and the email must be sent at least one day in advance. When we moved in, we found that the apartment had not been cleaned and the coffee maker was broken. After many phone calls lasting over two hours, the room and bed were cleaned around 10:00 pm and the coffee machine was replaced the next day. Due to the circumstances, we received compensation for the cleaning - at least a little consolation. The problem was also unnecessary, the room service had to check the cleaning before changing. Advice: be sure to have a phone with an American number, otherwise the number operator will not be able to call you back. We had a telephone connection with a German number for about 100 euros. The double bed was relatively small for two people, with one mattress and one duvet.
