Parking has gotten a little worse

It all starts with a scam: We booked a non-smoking queen room. On arrival we are told the room is queen and smoking but it is ok for non-smokers for an extra $10 due to it being king. We pay because we don't want history. I don't care about the condition of the room... dirty and bordering on unsanitary. On our return from the restaurant, we parked on the side of the car park because, a small detail, the car park is flooded and access to the room is only possible with a footbath! We were wrong. We were made aware of this very quickly. The pest started screaming, insulting us f * # *** and ordered to get out. We did it, but if he returned the key, he never wanted to return the money. We were entitled to obscene gestures. From him with fingers... this is of course after he closed the door of his office... Honestly... he did the right thing... because otherwise I would probably be in the police station... Yes, primate, who serves as the manager is obscene and offensive but not overtly brave... I usually book via booking... if the minimum checks to be made on booking put us in situations like this... I would reconsider my booking method. Indeed... I went back to the various reviews about this establishment... a priori this kind of misadventure is not new. A few photos adorn the commentary, but I have many more. We reserve the right to go further, because in the end we paid and were expelled. We will not stop at this, we will take care of its wide distribution.
