Rooms are good, Setvice is a disaster

The so-called restaurant-snack bar. You order from extremely unfriendly staff and then wait for what seems like an hour of very bad food - it's more like rubbish. You have to pay directly, for some inexplicable reason it was not possible to write to the room.
