You have to take off your shoes and then go to the next building (put on your shoes again, take off your shoes there again), there was no elevator in the room on the second floor. Very noisy. Extremely pleasant hostess.
It's noisy, the rooms are tiny, the prices are high (Vail/Beaver Creek is already insanely expensive), you have to take off your shoes like an aunt's at Easter. I thought "Mine House" had something to do with Germany/Austria, but that's not true at all!
Location.
Not suitable when you are on the go. Too many rules. You are not allowed to enter in your shoes. Upon receipt (and first payment up front!) you will be given Crocs to wear every time you enter a home or breakfast spot. Eating and drinking is allowed only in public areas. Although we are both non-smokers, we had to sign (!) that we would not. (with emphasis on smoking marijuana). Breakfast is not special (no freshly squeezed orange juice, little choice)
The quality of living. The room is very nice and very clean, like the whole house, with furniture that is not available anywhere else. Everything to the smallest detail. The breakfast is excellent, meals are cooked on site. 100% recommended
