The location was okay, the staff friendly and helpful.
Our room smelled extremely of urine or similar in one corner, the smell of nicotine hung over everything, the air conditioning system smelled of mold (?). The breakfast was a disaster. Good at breakfast: you could make your own waffles. Bad: there was mostly plastic cutlery/plates. Little choice. Disastrous (and besides the smell of urine, reason for the rating): in addition to expired oat meals (to cook yourself), the bread/bagels were extremely moldy. Was then exchanged, but something like that - next to the smelly room - must not happen. We figured you couldn't go wrong with the Hyatt name -- and will avoid this chain in the future. We will write to Hyatt again about the moldy food and the unclean rooms. Not worth the money.
