There is no room cleaning service by default for COVID reasons. You have to expressly request it. This fact is not specified when you make the reservation. We arrived very late at the accommodation, and the concierge did not notify us either. Arriving at the room at 10:30 PM after a long day, housekeeping had not passed. The solution?? "Make yourselves the bed"!!! Service… a zero!! Solutions?? Another zero!! When you decide to go on vacation, fully vaccinated, catch a plane, and stay in hotels that boast extra hygiene due to COVID, the last thing you think is that you have to request a certain service that has always been active by default.
