No stay, money gone
I booked a room on Booking.com. The amount due was immediately debited from my account. Shortly after, I received a message Good evening, this booking is a mistake, we are fully booked, I will contact booking.com to let them know. Atkinsons Guesthouse apologizes for the inconvenience caused. I wrote to the accommodation and asked for a refund, for 3 days there was no answer and no return.

Good sleep and good breakfast.
Friendly hostess and quite quiet guest house with parking. About 15 minutes walk to the center and about 20 minutes walk to the train station for a day trip to London.
A craftsman can come in to fix the sink faucet and toilet in the second room.

Very good B.B.
Old house in good condition. Very British welcome and atmosphere. The staff were very polite and helpful. A rich and varied breakfast is served in your room.

Convenient and economical.
The reception of the staff, the style of the house and the rooms, the care and order. Breakfast is served in the room, everything is fresh and plentiful. The bathroom is shared but always clean. Very quiet area and comfortable bed with lots of pillows.
I have nothing to say. Slightly hard and noisy doors which can be annoying at night. A little oil in the hinges and locks would be nice.

For an expensive city good value for money
Very clean and well equipped shared bathroom. All toiletries are available.
The breakfast is disappointing and served in the room. Non-drinkable orange juice and only a croissant. No bread, no toast.
