The Ness Apartment Highland Club Scotland

If you are a friend of a well-ventilated apartment, you will not be happy here. Due to the basement location, the windows cannot be opened too easily... The way to the apartment is only suitable for people who can safely climb and descend stairs. Unfortunately you don't have a view.

The apartment is very dark because there are almost no windows. It is located in the basement and has a funerary smell. The beds are small and uncomfortable, few towels and no soap. The courtyard in the basement is terrible and the entertainment is always busy with the kids. There is no sun lounger at the pool and it's a pain because you have to reserve everything in advance. Gym is tiny with bad smells. Check-in only from 16:00!

When booking, it was not clear that we had an apartment in the basement, the light shafts did not open, respectively, it smelled of "mustiness" in the bedroom, the descent to the basement seemed unkempt, the stone slabs staggered like a stumbling block. Despite the grandiose ribbed vaults, the wellness center can only be described as poor: keyless lockers, (also) hot showers that can't be adjusted; no cold shower after sauna, no hose in steam room so no hygiene measures, we left after 20 minutes.
