Good to sleep quietly on the outskirts of the center with public transport nearby.
Bus stop nearby that allows you to get to the center or airport without problem, you can also walk to the center in about 15 minutes, super close, comfortable beds. Quiet and the owner very nice always willing to help.
The heating system was not working properly although it was hot thanks to the good weather. The cleanliness and the facilities without more.

Ideal for exploring Edinburgh on foot
there are several shops and restaurants around the corner. It's a great walk to the Royal Mile and the train station.
Unfortunately, the four of us had nowhere to eat.

It completely agreed with what we expected
The water temperature in the shower was very erratic.

Very good apartment for its location and money.
The location is ideal on a main road and quite close to the center. The beds perfect. Very warm apartment and very good price for a stay of 5 people
Couldn't adjust the water mixer in the shower resulting in either scalding or freezing, not enough cutlery for 5 people and very few or broken hangers. Things I believe the owner will fix
