We arrived shortly before they left, they were there until 10:00 at night, when we checked in, they made us sign a paper and they took us to our room, I'm going to say room and not say the worst hole on earth, Because you can judge for yourselves from the photos. It looks like they killed 36 drug addicts and 6 prostitutes in that room, the worst thing in the world, there was space for cars in the parking lot and that's the only good thing we can say, upon entering the whole room was uncleaned and completely dirty, hair inside the bed, we had not used it, everything full of dust, the floor not cleaned, the bathroom completely dirty, the worst thing that has ever happened to us. We called Booking to record this situation and to speak to the owner, both the owners and Booking ignored us, finally my partner and I decided to book a room elsewhere even if I had to pay a high price, and we left there without sleep, because it was the worst thing that had ever happened to us. Since then we have been calling to claim the money, we did not even spend the night there, Booking has not been responsible and has left us stranded and the owner has stolen €52 from the room and says that the cleaning was correct, we have photos and Videos that show the opposite, and several Booking agents have agreed with us during the calls, that indeed everything is dirty and that it is not prepared for someone to sleep there. If someone does a little bit of research in the comments, they will see that there are people who visit this Hotel very regularly and curiously they always rate it as exceptional. From what we have realized that the comments that leave this place are completely false. And if you search the Internet, only photos of a single room in this entire place appear, always the same room, so you can click and book with them. AWFUL!!!
