We had to go through a series of emails before we were successful! Great, we are indeed in a business that uses Booking as support!
The apartment is very luxurious, large, in excellent condition. There is a Nespresso coffee, a bottle of wine and shortbread. We immediately felt welcomed guests.

Unfortunately we didn’t like anything other than the fact that we were there for only one night! The apartment itself, unfortunately, looks more like him. In the photo he looks very gorgeous, but he made a very cold and fruitless impression on us, which, unfortunately, was only intensified by the bad environment. The kitchen table is unstable, the chairs are uncomfortable. The toilet lid was completely loose, so it could not be used without risk of injury. Through the "fire doors" we felt like in a prison, because it was impossible to keep them open. The location did not convince us either - we arrived later, as planned - because we were on vacation and found interesting places along the way. So it was dark when we arrived and it was almost impossible to find a parking spot. Fortunately, after about an hour and a half, the nearest car left. In the morning we wanted to put the dishwasher on before leaving, but we had difficulty with this because the silent under the dishwasher was poorly secured and did not allow us to open the dishwasher without risking breaking the bar. Therefore, we left the apartment 15 minutes late. As a result, the hostess debited £ 25 from our credit card for FREE! In addition, she told Booking.com that there was £ 25 not only for a late check-out, but also for causing “damage” to the apartment. When we found out about this from Booking.com, we were very surprised because we did not cause any damage and were not informed about it by the landlord! CAUTION appropriate with the owner of the house! Unfortunately not recommended. My insurance company for legal protection is still being contacted for an unauthorized credit card charge!

Communication with a very unfriendly, rude, unprofessional "hostess" was very difficult and her impudent behavior towards us was very uncomfortable. Since we had booked the room on a very short notice, we would have had to provide her with our credit card details for a "deposit" over the phone. It was very, very, burdensome for us because the reception was so weak that we could hardly connect to the Internet and could only make calls from time to time. We only received the key code after the £ 200 was “reserved”. Although I was promised a £ 200 bill over the phone, we did not receive it even after repeated inquiries. Unfortunately, later we had to find out why the "deposit" was so important for her, even for one night. If it were possible, I would rate this accommodation / hostess 0.00!
