Newly furnished One Bedroom Apartment next to Metro & Beach in Marina Residence

Location: metro/beach/shopping/entertainment all nearby. Cozy apartment, enough utensils for cooking, refrigerator, washing machine, stove in working order. Comfortable sleeping quarters. There were beach towels. Aisha (the owner of the apartment) was in touch 24/7, helped with the solution of many issues.

Everything was great, from the furnishings in the apartment, the layout, the thoughtfulness of household details, the separation of the living room and bedroom, 2 toilets. For example, if guests have arrived, you do not need to lead them through the bedroom to the bathroom. Everything was necessary in the kitchen, the hostess, even from the other side of the city, was ready to bring a Turk, but I found a solution without it. Attentive attitude, willingness to help even with suitcases after departure, care during the stay! I really liked it, when I fly to Dubai, I will stay there again. The most convenient exit directly to the metro, 5 minutes to the Marina, 7 minutes to the Marina Mall, Carrefour is nearby, everything is at arm's length! Special thanks to the hostess for simple human care and attention, it is very valuable! Check-in is easy, no quests with the search for a box with keys in the parking lot (as I had previously in other cases).

Very conveniently located apartment. Clean, tidy. The hostess is very polite. Constantly took care of my stay. I have lived in several places in Dubai and this apartment is the most comfortable and cosy!
