No breakfast was even offered
There is a hole in the ceiling, the cistern in the toilet is not working properly. There was no warm water in the shower.

Very good
The room now has a kettle and disposable slippers. Definitely a very correct decision! Well done! Everything else was, as before, just fine!
There was no hot water. I understand that these were force majeure circumstances, but still not a very pleasant surprise. Last time everything was fine with water.

Big room. Comfortable bed. Supervised car.
In the evening there is no hot water, no hair dryer, no slippers, there was an unpleasant smell in the room and in the bathroom from the sewer. The room does not meet the criteria for a suite. The hotel is located on the third floor of the bus station. Sounds from the bus station are sometimes heard. Parking is paid 50 UAH per day. There is no lift.
