I think it's better not to give such numbers at all. Or fix things up and raise prices.
Address and location.
The temperature in the room was 13-14 degrees. I had to sleep in clothes. Dirt - a mattress in yellow spots, blankets look like 100 years old already, allergies start from that amount of dust and dirt. Shower broken, toilet broken. The smell is like in a hospital in the surgical department.

I understand that this is a fabulous price for the center of Odessa. But you have to be respectful of visitors.
The location is excellent - in the very center of the city.
I understand that this is a fabulous price for the center of Odessa. But one must have respect for visitors: the bed is stained, the shower curtain is moldy, on the windows instead of curtains there are rags on a wire (!). Furniture - like from a flea market. Very bad experience, didn't stay overnight.
