We were vacationing with our family at the beginning of August 2021. Barely booked, as the owner immediately contacted us. And also made a reservation with an error in dates. The owner Sergei got into the situation and changed everything himself. The guest house is located on the southern outskirts of Odessa on the territory of a guarded cozy summer cottage cooperative with narrow streets and lanes. We arrived by car, there is a paid parking next to the dacha cooperative, but the owner allowed us to park the car in the hotel courtyard. Allocated for our family (four adults and one child) two rooms on the same floor. At our service on the floor there was a toilet room, a kitchen with a refrigerator, a washing machine and a microwave oven and a balcony. There is wi-fi on each floor. The owner first of all sends all those who come to swim in the sea to which it is three minutes to go. Cozy beach next to which there are cafes. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is convenient, shallow. The sea was clean for most of our stay. Chain stores are within a seven-minute walk. Public transport stops near shops. The city center can be reached by minibus or tram within an hour. During their stay, the owner and his son helped to solve various household issues, and also treated them to the gifts of the Black Sea. They were always welcoming and welcoming. Odessa airport is located 9 kilometers from the house and the noise from the planes is heard, but this did not give us much discomfort. We recommend this hospitable place to everyone. We look forward to coming back here again.

We lived in a company in a 4-bed room on the 4th floor. The room turned out to be even better than in the photo, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. There is air conditioning, its own kitchen and bathroom, excellent renovation. It's very close to the sea, 1-2 minutes walk, its own private beach with many cafes. The owner of the house is a pleasant and helpful person, how many times we went on vacation, but we have never seen such an excellent attitude towards guests. If possible, we will definitely come back again😊
