The location is just awesome!
The location is just awesome! I left the house and immediately found myself in the center of Deribasovskaya. The apartment is clean, everything is there, it's comfortable to live. The value for money was a pleasant surprise.

Lovely apartment right in the center
The windows are directly on Deribasovskaya, but if you close the windows, the noise of the street is completely inaudible. Comfortable beds and aircon in every room
Little things in the spirit of soap, shampoo, but this is not critical
