Everything is fine. Only problems with parking, you have to look, but there is nowhere to look especially.

Liked everything! The apartment is very clean, comfortable, modern, everything is thought out and the owners are friendly. The proximity to Arcadia and the infrastructure around is excellent!
I would like to see the sea from the window, or at least some greenery. But there is a solid construction site :( The owners are not to blame for this, of course, but the view from the window is the only drawback of this apartment.

Very nice and cozy apartment, good friendly owners, in the house itself there is a convenient underground parking (for a small additional fee), and in general the house is excellent. The apartment is clean and tidy.
Everything was fine, the downside is that the boiler was not enough for 3 people, and I would like the bathroom to have a rug or a thick towel on the floor for the feet.
