Nothing
I didn't like anything actually everything is expensive and the bed old dirty over that
The room is a disaster, the bed old, AC costs money, the mat costs too much, hookah 200 lira he got from me 250 lira
I liked the location of the hotel, the sea is across the road and there are cafes and restaurants nearby.
I was with my mother (an elderly woman) and the hotel manager told us to lift our suitcases to the 3rd floor ourselves, there is no elevator there. The room was not ready, the floors were dirty, the refrigerator did not work, then at our request they brought another refrigerator. The air conditioner also did not work, water was dripping from it, the manager came to blow it out, dirt spilled out of the pipe onto my clean bed, the linen was changed. While they were putting the room in order, it all took us 3 hours, although they could prepare the room before our arrival. And we also paid extra to stay a few hours longer, but another manager shouted rudely that we vacate the room, I said that we had already paid another manager. The rude attitude of managers (men) towards us women is extremely outrageous. This is the first time I have met such an attitude in Turkey.
It was probably the meanest room I have seen or encountered in a long time.
The smell in the room and view of the mostly dirty backyard
The best thing about this hotel is of course its location! The beach is across the street from the hotel. + there is a pool. The room always has hot and cold water, good water pressure in the shower. There is a small refrigerator in the room, but it turns off when you leave the room. There is also a large balcony with a table and a chair where you can sit.
Not a very comfortable bed, you can feel all the springs in the mattress, you can see that it is old. The staff enters without knocking, immediately open the doors with their keys. Maid service once a week. There are two working sockets in the room, one for the refrigerator and the other in the bathroom, when you leave the room, all electricity is turned off, so you can charge something only when you are in the room. You can pay extra for breakfasts and dinners, but the price for dinner is kind of cosmic for Alanya, the hotel asks 1600r for dinner per person, in any of the most pretentious restaurants in Alanya you can eat up to 1000r from the belly to choose from, whatever you want, but most restaurants are much cheaper. In general, the price for the hotel is not very high, for the first line and everything can be forgiven, and not particularly quibble, except for the bed, the bed should be good and comfortable in any case!
