if the balcony does not go towards the pool, then onto a narrow dirty street. the balcony itself is small and uncomfortable. the main part of the residents are men of non-traditional orientation, for whom, for me, a minus.

Bathroom smelt of sewage in a really annoying way. The balcony overlooked a basement.
