REGENTA CENTRAL RESIDENCY

Noisy: Right in front of the hotel, across the road from the mall, loud music performances regularly take place in the evenings. Soundproofing is poor in the room: you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor and in neighboring rooms, constant noise from the road. The windows in the room do not open, and it is very dirty from the outside. Bed linen and towels are stained, the cleaning lady skillfully masks these stains in the folds of the made bed. Internet was slow. The hotel does not accept card payments. Water, soap and shampoos in the hotel are distributed somehow randomly: sometimes the cleaning lady leaves it all under the door of only some rooms, all this happens irregularly. At the reception one day they gave me a towel for the beach, and the next day they refused, saying that in principle they do not give them out (this is strange for a hotel that is so close to the beach). There is no strainer (mesh) in the sink on the drain, water is noisily poured into the drain hole, where you can easily drop something small. Several sweets in the room burned out, and no one is in a hurry to change them. All items in the room have inventory numbers stuck on them (this is somehow strange for a hotel and uncomfortable), while on some items they did not match my room number. In the shower in the water heating boiler, the filter was clogged (installed in the pipe through which water is supplied to the boiler), due to which the water pressure in the boiler was weak and it did not heat the water. I disassembled the filter myself, cleaned it, reassembled it and it worked.
