The owner ignores the hosts. Despite all the villa problems, he never called us, and he never moved and refused to refund us because we left before, because of bedbugs and all the other villa problems. All the plumbing needs to be redone. Broken faucets, broken shower head. clogged toilet and shower. water infiltration in the ceilings, the deckchairs are filthy, because they have never been cleaned. It is a disaster.

Avoid absolutely, this villa is a scam and the owner is dishonest. it is old and dilapidated. there were bed bugs in the rooms. the owner solved the problem with an insecticide product without even changing the sheets. We had to leave the villa 2 days before our departure at our expense. since we were bitten by bedbugs all over the body. In addition, we had a lot of plumbing problems. broken and dislocated taps, leak in the toilet and shower, clogged toilet and sink. Housekeeping was never done. the main door has already been fractured and therefore cannot close properly. there is therefore a risk of burglary. The villa is very dirty. the baseboards of the walls are torn off. The worst problem was that the pool hatch was broken and there was a 2 meter hole, which was a great danger for children. The owner never fixed it. And the ground lights around the pool are broken and seeping water. This constitutes a risk of electrocution. When it rains, the exterior ceilings are infiltrated with water. The condition of the deckchairs was very dirty. This villa is a real scam. The photos are totally misleading and absolutely do not correspond to the reality on site.

The electricity is calculated separately (but is also in the description). There are a few quirks and shortcomings here and there, but they didn't play a major role in our short stay.
